PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Promotion is valid from 20_th August 2023

A. Eligibility

1. This offer is available from 01/06/2025 to 31/12/2025 (herein the “Offer Period”). If the campaign period is
   extended, VT Markets will issue a notification when the documents are updated.

2. This offer is available for Standard STP accounts.

3. VT Markets will offer this to new and existing clients (herein referred to as the “Participant” or “Client”)
   residing in the following countries/regions at its discretion. If you are unsure about your eligibility,
   please contact your account manager or send an email to

4. This offer is only available to the VT Markets’ Clients in the following countries/regions.

   Eligible countries/regions

   Vietnam

5. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new
   account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and
   Conditions and VT Markets’ General Terms and Conditions.

6. By participating in this offer, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms
   and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

B. Campaign Mechanics

1. To participate in this offer, you must:

   a.Opt-in to the offer by [open swap free account].
   b.Open a new Standard STP account with VT Markets during the Promotion Period.
   c.Meet [min deposit ] during the offer period.—–No min deposit

2. Eligible Clients will benefit from zero swap charges (or credits) on Gold trades for the first 7
   calendar days from the date a position is opened. Standard swap rates will resume from the
   8th day onward.

3. Only gold qualify for the swap-free benefit. All other instruments remain subject to standard swap
   conditions.

4. For positions held longer than 7 days, normal swap charges will apply from day 8 onward.

5. Swap charges may initially be processed as normal. Applicable swaps will be calculated and refunded
   (or adjusted) by the 5th of the following month, unless otherwise stated.

C. Examples

Examples of scenarios based on different participant types and their eligibility according to their actions:

1. Participant A – Swap-Free Promo

   •Joined on 6 October 2025.
   •Registered via the promo landing page.
   •Opened a RAW ECN live account.
   •First trade was placed on 6 October → Swap-Free Period: 6–15 October.
   •Traded Forex (EUR/USD) and Gold – eligible instruments.
   •All trades were held for more than 2 minutes.
   •Completed multiple trades within the 10-day promotional window.
   •Swap fees waived for all qualifying trades.
   •Standard swap charges resumed from 16 October.
   •Did not join any other promotions.
   •Used an eligible account type throughout the period.
   •Rebate processed on 5 November 2025.
   •✅ Promotion completed successfully
   •🏅 Benefit: Swap fees fully waived for qualifying trades

2. Participant B – Non-Eligible

   •Joined on 6 October 2025.
   •Registered via the main website (not the promo landing page).
   •Opened a demo account instead of a live Standard STP or RAW ECN account.
   •First trade was placed on 7 October (ineligible account type).
   •Traded Crypto and Indices – not part of eligible instruments (only FX, Gold, Silver are eligible).
   •Also joined another bonus promotion running concurrently.
   •Swap fees were not waived due to ineligibility.
   •No rebate was processed.
   •❌ Promotion not applied
   •⚠️ Reason: Did not meet requirements related to account type, trading instruments, and promotion
   exclusivity

D. Acknowledgement

1. VT Markets is not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected participation.

2. Duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will result in disqualification.

3. VT Markets reserves the right to vary, alter, replace or revoke or cancel the Promotion Terms at any time
   without prior notice.

4. If your trading account is closed or suspended, VT Markets may cancel the reversal of swap charges.

5. If a client’s account is closed or suspended during or after the Promotion, benefits under this Promotion may
   be voided.

6. VT Markets will not be liable for any costs or losses resulting from participation, including but not limited
   to automatic position closures or adjustments.

7. VT Markets will resolve any disputes or ambiguous situations at its sole discretion.
